3 Day Conference Package Early Bird: $550 + HST; After March 1st, 2012: $600 + HST Includes attendance at all 3 days of the conference (April 17th, 18th & 19th, 2012, lunches provided), the Keynote Dinner and awards ceremony and 1 complimentary copy of the conference proceedings book containing the presentation abstracts and power point presentations (where available) 2 Day OADD Conference Package Early Bird: $395 + HST; After March 1st, 2012: $445 + HST Includes attendance at the 2 OADD days of the conference (April 18th & 19th, 2012, lunches provided), the Keynote Dinner and awards ceremony and 1 complimentary copy of the conference proceedings book containing the presentation abstracts and power point presentations Presenter Discount will be available to a maximum of two presenters per session.
