   In addition, we must receive an email directly from the nominee stating that they accept the nomination for this award. All materials must be received by January 15th, 2011.

2. Each O.A.D.D member can nominate only one individual for each award.
3. Self-nominations will be accepted for the Student Award only.
4. Once all nominations are received, they will be reviewed by the Awards Committee. This committee will rate all materials and make the final decisions as to the winners. The recipients of these awards will be announced in the O.A.D.D. RSIG Conference Registration form.
