We also are offering one or two sample poems of the title. Our reviewers will pick one or two poems. Please fill out the permission below. A copyright notice will accompany the poems.

You may use this sample sentence:
"I give the League of Canadian Poets one time permission to include one or two sample poems of their selection from [TITLE] on their website for the purpose of promotion of the title. [YOUR NAME, PUBLISHER'S NAME]"

REVIEW COPY

We need a review copy of each title immediately. Please send this by courier or post to the League office ASAP. A copy of the printed book is preferred, but galleys either bound or unbound are acceptable.

COVER ART
Cover art may be emailed or mailed as a hardcopy ready for scanning (either the actual book or colour output).
Cover art should be emailed to readings@poets.ca in the following format:

- use author's last name for file name
- full colour
- jpeg format
- 72 dpi
- 200 pixels in width

In the subject line of the email type "cover art for store".

PAYMENT (includes GST)
The fees for inclusion for LCP members:

$60 for one title
$50 per title for 2 to 4 titles
$45 per title for 5 to 7 titles
$30 per chapbook

The fees for inclusion for non-members:

$100 for one title
$90 per title for 2 to 4 titles
$85 per title for 5 to 7 titles
$60 per chapbook
