See the newly created Conference Photos tab for… well… conference photos! :)

Session materials from WILU 2011 presenters will be posted to this website as they are received from the speakers. They will be posted on the “Program with Abstracts (& Session Materials)” page. Keep checking back to see if your favourite presentation from the conference has been posted!

Well, we had a fantastic WILU 2011! Thanks to all of our great presenters and volunteers for making it happen. Please check back in the coming weeks for session materials from our speakers.

See you at Grant MacEwan University for WILU 2012!

The spaces are limited, make sure you sign up soon! The sign-up sheets are by the registration desk (ED109). An earlier blog post gives the restaurant details: http://www2.uregina.ca/wilu2011/archives/416

Welcome to Regina & WILU everyone!

The registration desk opens at 10am Wednesday morning. It is in ED109 in the Education Building – near where most of the regular session rooms.

If you’re staying on campus and looking for a place to eat breakfast: there is a food court (with a Tims!) in the Riddell Building.

IMPORTANT:

For those who have registered for a Hands-On Workshop on June 1st…

Hands-on workshops W2, W3, & W4 will be held at the library on the nearby SIAST campus at 1pm. We will be offering buses to transport delegates and speakers there at 12:30pm. Please meet at the Riddell Centre at 12:15pm. More info is available from the registration desk ED109. (W1 will be held in the UofR’s Archer Library, 6th Floor).

If you prefer to find your own way there, here is a map:

ED109 is in the Education Building and will be where you pick up your registration packages upon arrival.  It will be open starting at 10am Wednesday June 1st. Also, if you have any questions, the volunteers staffing this area should be able to help you out!

We are having “problem-solving” roundtable discussions at WILU 2011!

Friday morning, June 3rd, session F9 (11am).

Be there to pick the brains of your colleagues on your perplexing library instructional problem! You can submit your “problem” suggestion for discussion at http://sites.google.com/site/wilu2011solutions/, or on old-fashioned paper during the first two days of the conference.  See you there!

We’ve created this map to show where in the world all of our delegates and speakers are coming from. Check it out!
