Rates
Full Conference Registration: $325 CDN +5% GST
Early Bird Registration (before April 4, 2012): $275 CDN +5% GST
Student Registration: $ 200 CDN +5% GST
Pre-conference Workshop Registration: $50 CDN +5% GST
One-day Conference Registration: $135 CDN +5% GST
Full conference registration includes a conference bag, access to all sessions, and conference meals.
Dine-Arounds, a longstanding WILU tradition, will take place on the evening of Thursday, May 24. Mix and mingle with other delegates and experience local restaurants hosted by an Edmontonian! Fees associated with the Dine-Arounds are the responsibility of the delegate.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and Refunds: Refunds for registration fees, less a $25 administrative fee, will be issued by cheque for cancellations made on or before May 7, 2012. If you wish to cancel your registration after May 7th, no refund will be issued, however another individual from your institution may take your place at the conference at no additional cost. Please contact WILU2012@macewan.ca if you require more information.
