Transportation

Western University is located in the north end of London, just 30 minutes from the London International Airport and 20 minutes the bus and train stations. You will find information on all methods of public transportation to and from London on this page.

Air

London:

London International Airport (YXU) is located at the east edge of the city.

Upon arrival, the best options to get around London are car rental, Checker Limousine, or a taxi. Checker Limousines can be pre-booked online.

There is city bus service from the airport to the university on weekdays, but we estimate that it would take about 90 minutes to get to Western and you would need to take 3 buses. This option is not recommended.

See the airport's ground transportation page for more information.

Toronto/Detroit:

If you are flying into Toronto or Detroit, Robert Q Airbus provides transportation to London and they will deliver passengers to hotels or residences. If you quote the promotion code 2070 when booking online or by phone, they will give a 15% discount.
