The Human Resources Information System (HRIS) replacement project is one of the four key initiatives within Human Resources Modernization Initiative (HRM) to achieve improved human resource services delivery in departments and agencies. The HRIS replacement project will replace the current legacy system, which is at the end of its life cycle with a new robust system that addresses the business requirements of HRIS member departments, and ensures members are positioned to meet the challenges of transformation initiatives and priorities within the Government of Canada. The project will integrate the common human resource business processes, make service delivery more efficient and provide HRIS clients with a single access to the PeopleSoft v 9.1 Standard configuration.
