About our Club:

Club members have varied interests from crystal collectors to faceters, from cab fashioners to bead makers, from wire benders to prospectors, and from specimen hunters to armchair "rockhound" storytellers and knife makers. We've been rockhounding for more than twenty years and look forward to the next twenty. New members are always welcome.

The aims and objectives of the club are to promote the study and collection of historical artifacts, mineral specimens and lapidary materials as a hobby, to encourage the exploration of British Columbia for these things, to promote the cutting, polishing, and display of gemstones, and to encourage association with other rock hobbyists for exchange of information.

Our club is a member of the Lapidary Rock & Mineral Society of B.C. and the Gem & Mineral Federation of Canada.
