Exhibitor Opportunities

Reserve Now! Space is limited.

A limited number of exhibit booths is available.  Delegate traffic will be promoted through complimentary buffet luncheons and health breaks which will take place in the Exhibit Hall where scientific posters will also be displayed.

Booth space will be assigned on a "first-come, first-served" basis.  Priority will be given to Conference Supporters.  The Organizing Committee reserves the right to determine the final allocation of booth space.

10 ' (3m) wide x 10' (3m) deep, or multiples thereof

Your Investment
Corporate and Government:   $3,350 plus GST
Not-for-profit organizations:  $1,675 plus GST

Each exhibit space rental includes:

  • Your company name and product listing in the Exhibitors' Guide distributed to all delegates at the Conference;
  • One (1) exhibitor registration  per paid 10' (3m) x 10' (3m) exhibit space (Value: $750);
  • Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall on Sunday, December 5;
  • Buffet luncheons and health breaks in Exhibit Hall on Sunday, December 5, Monday, December 6 and Tuesday, December 7;
  • Attractive 8’ high back wall and 3’ high side walls;
  • 1 skirted table with 2 chairs;
  • One waste basket;
  • High-recognition exhibitor badges;
  • Exhibitor Service Manual; and
  • 24-hour professional perimeter security.
