1 All registration fees are subject to the GST of 5%. Registrations from the Province of Québec are also subject to Québec Sales Tax of (7.5%). Please note that rates of taxation are subject to change.
2 For the purposes of the 9th Canadian Immunization Conference, a student is defined as anyone registered or going to be registered in an academic program in the 2010 calendar year
3 Each exhibit space (10′x10′) entitles the exhibiting organization to one complimentary registration.
