SDD one-click

Secure Desktop Delivery (SDD) service allows you to access the documents you order from NRC-CISTI conveniently at your desktop. You will receive a seperate email notification message for each filled order.

With SDD one-click there is no need to login. Simply click on the url in your notification message to view your document. However, if would like to see a complete list of your recent SDD orders, you will need to login to your SDD page.

New SDD Users

If you would like to begin to use SDD as your delivery method, here is how to get started

1. Change your delivery method to Secure Desktop Delivery by accessing your client profile online and following the instructions on the page, or contact us.
2. Download the NRC-CISTI SDD plug-in so you can view your documents when they are delivered.
   To install the SDD plug-in for Windows:
   
   • Click on download the SDD plug-in. You will be prompted to either OPEN or SAVE the file (FileOpenInstaller.msi)
   • Select SAVE and save the file to the DESKTOP
   • Go to the desktop and double-click on FileOpenInstaller.msi (If Acrobat is open, you may receive a message requesting permission for the installer to close Acrobat. If so, click OK to continue with the install).
   • You will receive a message stating "Installation complete". You may now view PDF files from Secure Desktop Delivery.
   • IMPORTANT: Click on SDD sample document to verify that the SDD plug-in is working. If you have any difficulty accessing or printing the sample document, contact us.

All documents sent via SDD are encrypted so that a document can only be viewed and printed once.
