Questions, Comments and Documentation

If you have any questions about DOCLINE or need any help relating to DOCLINE, you can always contact the DOCLINE Group at CISTI. If you are experiencing difficulty with DOCLINE or have encountered a bug, you should also bring this to the DOCLINE Group's attention.

Two mailing lists exist which are of particular interest to Canadian DOCLINE users. The DOCLINE-L mailing list is used by NLM to make announcements concerning DOCLINE as well as PubMed, Locator Plus and related products. It is also used as a general DOCLINE discussion forum.

The CANMEDLIB mailing list is a general discussion list for Canadian medical libraries. CISTI posts DOCLINE-related announcements to this list from time to time.

Canadian DOCLINE participants should subscribe to both of these lists in order to ensure that they remain aware of new issues and developments relating to DOCLINE.

Comments About DOCLINE

If you have any comments or suggestions about problems with DOCLINE or about improvements or new features you would like to see, you can send them to NLM at custserv@nlm.nih.gov. You should also send a copy of your email to the DOCLINE Group at docline.cisti@nrc-cnrc.gc.ca so that CISTI can keep current with the issues being raised by Canadian participants.

Documentation

DOCLINE itself includes online documentation, which can be found in the help section of the main menu. A tutorial can be found at the NNLM Web site. For more information about available documentation, contact the DOCLINE Group.
