In mid-December, 1954 a revised master plan was sent to Coyne, at his office with the Bank of Canada, stating that additional sets would be printed for the members of the board of governors if he found the plan and report satisfactory. Parts of the document, such as the plan of bywash development on page 8, were not revised to suit other changes and illustrate minor inconsistencies.

That master plan document was presumably discussed during the sixth meeting of the building committee, February 1955. The master plan met with general approval and the members "expressed views that it was practical and feasible and that it had vision and appeal for the public" (NAC: MG28 III 36, vol.38, file Carleton University Master Plan 1954-61). A presentation model of this concept was then in preparation.

That vision of the future campus is here known as Architectural Associates plan (1954-55). The images above and to the right illustrate this concept.

The image above is from a bird's eye perspective view, replacing the earlier example which had been used inside the title page of the November version of the plan. Delineator is not indicated on either drawing. At some later date, it appears the same delineator extended this view by 20% on the left side. The image to the right shows the extended version. The drawing made in December was not redrawn in any way except for the left side where the sports fields were extended, a pond added, the parking lot extended, and additional residences shown.
