Located at 231 St. Andrews Street stands the house built by Emily's two eldest sisters Edith and Lizzie Carr. The house was built in 1913 on a parcel of land they inherited from their father's estate.
From the south side of the house one can see Emily's "House of All Sorts". All the Carr sisters houses were in very short proximity to one another. It is now privately owned by Joan Peggs and is used as a bed and breakfast called "Inn on St. Andrews".
