The Presentation of Colours took place at Stops Camp near Hawick, Scotland. The Regiment was presented with the King’s Colour by Lady MacGregor, wife of former Newfoundland governor (1904-09) Sir William MacGregor, as a gift from the Newfoundland Chapter of the Daughter’s of the Empire (Nicholson, 150).
