The Big Grassy Reserve is located south of Big Island, 1 mile from Morson, Ontario.
Highway 621 runs through the Big Grassy Reserve.
Big Grassy achieved legal band status in 1964, when the Assabaska band split into Big
Grassy and Sabaskong Bay Reserves. The present on-reserve population is 163. |
