Dinorwic is a small village located 26 km. east of Dryden, Ontario. It is among many small close-knit communities such as Wabigoon, Wabigoon Reserve, and Dryden.  It is located directly on Highway 11-17 at the crossroads to Sioux Lookout.  The population of Dinorwic is small due in large part to the farming community surrounding the area.  Dinorwic resides within the Northwest Angle Treaty of 1873 - Treaty No. 3.
