The Ojibway of Gull Bay First Nation is situated on the western banks of the Lake Nipigon approximately 180 kilometers north of Thunder Bay.  The Gull Bay Reserve is defined by the boundaries of the territory described by the Robinson-Superior Treaty of 1850.
