Downloading documents in PDF format

Certain documents are available to you in the Adobe™ PDF universal file format, which allows you to read, print and download a document while keeping the same fonts, diagrams and general format of the document. To view a PDF file you have to install the Adobe™ Acrobat™ reader. These readers are available free of charge for computers programmed with the DOS, Macintosh, UNIX and Windows operating systems.

To download a file in PDF format, click on the right button of your mouse. A box from your surfing software will appear to ask you if you wish to save this file. All you need to do is specify where you would like to save it for future reference. The size of the file is indicated next to each pictogram to let you know how long it will take to download the file. Don’t forget that downloading time can vary according to the speed of your modem, the Internet traffic and your Internet provider.

Once the file is on your local reader, you can view the documents by using the Adobe™ Acrobat™ software. If you don’t have this software, a copy of Acrobat™ Reader™ or the equivalent is required. The information required to install and operate the Acrobat™ software is included with the software.

Obtain a copy of Adobe™Acrobat Reader™ free of charge.
