Cancellations and Refunds: Refunds for registration fees, less a $25 administrative fee, will be issued by cheque for cancellations made on or before May 7, 2012. If you wish to cancel your registration after May 7th, no refund will be issued, however another individual from your institution may take your place at the conference at no additional cost.
