The NRC-CISTI Catalogue and electronic ordering functions, including the Discover service are available 24 hours a day. 90% of Direct orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Urgent orders received between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EDT, Monday through Friday, will be processed within two hours of receipt.

NRC-CISTI does routine maintenance of its systems on Sunday mornings. The Catalogue and ordering functions may not be available at that time. If so, please try again later.

Calls to the NRC-CISTI Help Desk are answered Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm EDT. If you call outside these hours, please leave a message and staff will make every effort to return your call within one business day. You may also email the Help Desk at info.cisti@nrc-cnrc.gc.ca.

The NRC-CISTI Help Desk, On-site Services and Urgent Service are not available on the following holidays:
