NRC-CISTI's guaranteed Urgent Service will process your order within two hours for delivery by Ariel or fax or there will be no charge. If the document cannot be supplied, you will be notified within two hours. Longer documents and loans are shipped by overnight courier. Secure desktop delivery is not available for Urgent service at this time.

Urgent Service hours are 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. Orders received up until 8:00 p.m. ET will be processed the same business day if the delivery method is Ariel or fax. Documents and books to be delivered by courier will be processed for pick-up and delivery up until 6:00 p.m. ET daily.

Although NRC-CISTI cannot guarantee 2-hour urgent turnaround for the Extended Supply services, we will use the fastest sources we can find to expedite your order when you ask for Urgent.

Choose Urgent as your level of service, when using one of our electronic ordering options. For other ordering methods, specify Urgent in special instructions, where available, or follow the specific instructions for the ordering method that you are using. • When ordering via the Web, the NRC-CISTI Catalogue or through a Web gateway, click on the drop down box to select the specific Custom Service.
• Fax or phone orders are handled as URGENT if no other Custom Service is specified.
