Legal professionals
Legal professionals enter the organization at all stages of their careers. Whether you are a law student, recent graduate, litigator, prosecutor, paralegal, or legal assistant, the PPSC is the place to be. Here, you can gain meaningful trial and court experience and work on many significant and complex cases related to drugs, organized crime, terrorism, money laundering, human trafficking, war crimes, and so on. Agents from the private bar
Demand for prosecution services has created opportunities for lawyers (agents) with their own practice or private law firms to prosecute on behalf of the PPSC. To apply to be an agent, you must be in good standing with your provincial bar association and the Canada Revenue Agency, and possess criminal or regulatory litigation experience.
