Eric Swetzky is a well known lawyer in Toronto who practices exclusively in the advertising and intellectual property law fields, areas such as copyright and trade mark law and the legal structuring of innovative marketing campaigns. He publishes a quarterly “marketing law” newsletter, writes a legal column in Marketing magazine and has spoken to many groups on intellectual property and advertising law. Eric is one of 12 lawyers from across Canada who sits on the Canadian Bar Association’s Trade Marks Committee. He is listed in the independent LEXPERT directory as an expert in the advertising and marketing law field.
