The basic fee for renting the St. Ann's Academy Chapel, Parlours and Grounds is $200 per hour, up to a maximum of $1000 for events of five hours or longer. If the event is a wedding, additional time for a rehearsal is normally provided at no extra charge. There is 50% discount for non-profit organization. Weekday discounts may also be available.

Note: The Academy Chapel, Parlors and Grounds are rented as a single unit, they are not cross-booked.

Photographs Only

If you wish to use the academy for photography sessions such as wedding photographs, the fee is $50 per hour. This fee does not apply if you are renting the Academy for an event.

Auditorium

Fees for renting the St. Ann's Academy Auditorium are as follows:

$150 for four hours rental plus staff costs
$300 for a day rental plus staff costs
There is a 50% discount on room rent fees for registered non-profits and further discounts area available for multi-day rentals.

Note: Use of the auditorium is limited Monday to Friday between 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.
