For several years, LibraryNet made The Internet Guide (TIG), a web-based Internet orientation course from the University of Toronto's Faculty of Information Studies, available for free to Canadian public library staff, public library trustees and school librarians. Unfortunately, our licensing agreement with the University ends on January 31, 2001, and TIG will no longer be available after that.
