The Celtic Way circuit is located in Inverness, in the Maple region (MRC de l'Érable), Centre-du-Quebec. Historically, Inverness was part of Megantic County, in the Eastern Townships. For the purpose of this project, we will recollect the history of Megantic County, because this is where the first settlers came to and also because Inverness was the Chief-town of Megantic for over half a century.

From Quebec :

take the Trans Canadian highway (20), exit 253 (Plessisville, Princeville, Thetford Mines).Then, Take road 116 up to Plessisville. At Plessisville, take road 267 going to Inverness.

From Motreal :

take the Trans Canadian highway (20), exit 228 (Plessisville, Princeville, Thetford Mines). Then, take road 263 up to Princeville, and then the 116 to Plessisville. At Plessisville, take road 267 going to Inverness.
