The cupola's domed roof, an interesting feature of the Roedde House, references both English and South German influences. It has melded together many motifs and details of numerous styles. For example, the small columns, which support the cupola, are influenced by classical Italian architecture.

Together the balusters, mouldings and sweeping roof shingling all meld together to form a delightful style.
