Pte. Dulric Gallant
PTE. DULRIC GALLANT

Pte. Dulric Gallant, son of Dolor and Roséline Gallant, enlisted in the army on June 19, 1940. He served with the North Nova Scotia Highlanders in Canada and Continental Europe.

He was discharged on March 31, 1944.

Pte. Edmond Gallant, son of Emmanuel and Gertrude Gallant, enlisted in the army on May 15, 1940 with the P.E.I. Highlanders.

He served overseas in the North Nova Scotia Highlanders and was killed in England.

Seaman Edmond Joseph Gallant
SEAMAN EDMOND JOSEPH GALLANT

Seaman Edmond Joseph Gallant, son of Joseph O. Gallant and Estelle Gaudet, enlisted in the Royal Canadian Navy on October 20, 1942.

He served at H.M.C.S. Queen Charlotte, H.M.C.S. Cornwallis and Stadacona.

He was discharged on August 17, 1943.


Pte. Elmo Gallant, son of Philibert and Marie Louise Gallant, enlisted in the Canadian Army in 1939.

He served with the P.E.I. Highlanders and the Cape Breton Highlanders in Canada, Newfoundland, the United Kingdom, Italy, and Africa.

He was discharged in the latter part of 1945.

PTE. ELRIC GALLANT


Pte. Elric Gallant, son of Alfred B. Gallant and Eva Bernard, enlisted in the Canadian Army in October, 1941, in Charlottetown.

After his basic training in Halifax, he did his advanced training at Three Rivers, Quebec and Debert, Nova Scotia, receiving military instruction in machine guns and armoured equipment.

He served overseas in England, Italy and Egypt, attached to the Fifth Armoured Division.

He was discharged in 1946.

Pte. Emile P. Gallant, son of Philias and Marie Gallant, enlisted in the army on February 15, 1941. He served three years overseas in the N.N.S.H. and received the four medals.

He was discharged in July, 1945 in Halifax.

Pte Emmanuel Gallant
PTE. EMMANUEL GALLANT

Pte Emmanuel Gallant, son of Philibert and Marie Louise Gallant, enlisted in the Canadian Army in 1939.

He served with the P.E.I. Highlanders and the Cape Breton Highlanders in Canada, Newfoundland, the United Kingdom, Italy and Africa.

He was discharged in the latter part of 1945.

Pte. Eric J. Gallant, son of Peter Gallant and Éléonore Arsenault, enlisted in the P.E.I. Highlanders on July 1, 1940 and served in Nova Scotia, Québec and Newfoundland.

Overseas, he served with the 4th Division, 10th Brigade Headquarters in England, France, Belgium, Holland and Germany.

He was discharged in February, 1946.

Airman Eric Gallant
AIRMAN ERIC GALLANT

Airman Eric Gallant, son of Philibert and Marie Louise Gallant, enlisted in the Royal Canadian Air Force in September, 1939.

He served in Canada as store clerk and was discharged in the latter part of 1945.

Airman Ernest Gallant, son of Alex and Eugénie Gallant, enlisted in the Air Force in November, 1941. He served with the North Atlantic Squadron at Toronto Manning Pool, Gander, Newfoundland and Moncton, N.B.

He was discharged in Dartmouth, N.S. in June, 1945.
