Martin Frobisher: The Pirate-ExplorerAfterIn his later life, Frobisher became famous again for his bravery and skill when commanding the ship Triumph against the Spanish Armada in 1588. He died on November 22, 1594, following another battle with the Spanish.
Frobisher was a brave and adventurous man, but he was not patient and careful enough to be a great explorer. He did discover the strait through which Henry Hudson later used to sail into what would become Hudson Bay.
