Renovations: Lower East Flat
Back Room of Lower East Flat

Most of the structural design of the Lower East Flat remains the same. The removal of the back entrance and stairway is the most significant change.

Outdoor Pipes

Evidence of these stairs can clearly be seen from both the Lower East Flat and the basement area directly below. This area was enclosed to create a small room off the kitchen.

Outdoor Light

Inside this room there is a light that appears to have once been an outdoor fixture. There are also pipes running up the side of the wall which probably would have been on the outside of the house.
