Bullard's Brook
This brook follows le Rang 4 or Hamilton road to the south of Inverness. It was first named Pollock's Brook in honour of a settler who came from Maine but left the region in 1807. It was then re-named for an American settler who later came to the region.

The Bullard cemetery, not far from Craig Road, is the oldest cemetery in the Inverness Township. The oldest headstone is that of Mr. Redman who died in 1829.

Many of the headstones were lost in the waters of Bullard's Brook, as the cemetery was entirely submerged and destroyed by a hurricane in 1857. The cemetery was restored recently by the Megantic Historical Society.
